ABOUT THIS SPACE

This stylish 3 bedroom single-family home "The Lynnhaven" can be your safe haven during your travels to Atlanta. Nestled on a quiet block with lovely neighbors, experience convenient access to the city (we are about 7 min from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and about 6.5 miles from Midtown Atlanta). The Emma Millican Park is walking distance (just up the block) from this home.

The Space

Stylishly designed and fully-furnished interiors including a living area that comfortably seats six, a 50" Roku TV with Netflix & Prime Video for your movie nights, and a formal dining area that easily accommodates eight. The kitchen is fully-stocked for cooking. The living area has a dedicated workspace and (of course) WiFi!

Expect bright white fluffy towels and crisp bed linens in the cozy and comfortable bedrooms with TV's and ceiling fans in each room. Central A/C and heat is available to ensure your comfort.

There is an incredibly tranquil screened patio and backyard for you to enjoy the birds chirping and a cool afternoon breeze.

Other Things to Note

For your security, our property has external cameras and smart locks. Unfortunately, the property owner prohibits any animals on the premises. As much as we love them, if you need to travel with your critter, we ask that you select a property that can better accommodate your needs.

Guest Access

This is a self-check-in property. Check-in is at 3pm, check-out is 11am. You will be given an access code with check-in instructions a couple days prior to your reservation. Guests have private and total access to three parking spaces, entire home, screened porch, and backyard area.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

House Rules

***Please note: A government-issued photo ID is required prior to accessing the property to prevent fraud. Your ID will never be shared with anyone.*** 

1. No shoes in the house. 

2. No smoking/vaping inside the home. A $250 smoke removal fee will be applied for violations. 

3. No parties, gatherings, or loud music. It is unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits set forth in the City's noise ordinance (City code Sec. 74-131). 

4. No unregistered guests or pets in the home. Maximum occupancy is limited to 2 adults per bedroom and 3 parking spaces (please only use driveway and street parking in front of home). 

5. Please report damages immediately so that we can repair/replace. 

6. Please turn the lights off in unoccupied rooms, and the AC/Heater off when leaving. 

7. Please do not rearrange the furniture. 

8. No video productions without prior arrangements with the host. 

9. Quiet hours are between 9pm-9am. 

10. We aren't responsible for lost or forgotten items. 

11. Please take trash down to the curb on Tues nights and bring the bins back to the side of the house Wed after collection. 

12. Additional cleaning fees may apply for any human or pet biohazard/waste removal from the property. 

13. We do not allow USPS mailbox service for any guest, however deliveries via UPS/FedEx/DHL to the door are permitted. You may either open a P.O. Box for USPS service, or you may have mail delivered to “The Lynnhaven” and add a c/o (Care of) line with your name. 

14. Life happens! Unfortunately, as a family-run business we often cannot accommodate last-minute cancellations. Please consider protecting your trip with travel insurance.
