About Us

Soil Proprietors Ltd Co. is an Atlanta, GA-based LLC that was founded in November 2021 by Zanneta Peart and Linda Bennett as a response to the pandemic’s effect on the workforce, and to address some of the observed demands of the ever-changing travel industry and real estate market.

We are a women and Black-owned business seeking to create high-quality jobs, high-quality housing, and to put stylish, sustainable, and luxurious stays within reach of the average traveler.

We offer stylish fully-furnished short-term, mid-term and long-term rental options for businesspeople, couples, families, individuals, or groups who love to travel in style. We also offer real estate services to assist our clients in getting cash for their homes, and bringing valuable investment deals to our private buyers.

Linda Bennett

Co-Founder/Operations Manager

Linda grew up in a small town called Newnan, GA. After graduating high school, she hit the ground running working in the retail industry. She moved to Houston, TX in 2009, then Brooklyn, NY in 2014 where she eventually found her groove working at Aldi as a Supervising Manager.

In 2020, the pandemic began, putting a strain on her already long-distance relationship with Zanneta, so she moved to California where they bought a house and got married. The pandemic caused a lot of work stress which was only further compounded by medical problems brought on by a surgery gone left. With the downtime she had on medical leave, she began studying for her real estate license.

After returning to work and realizing how hard it was on her body, she and her wife began making plans to move back to Linda's hometown and launch their own real-estate business.

Zanneta Peart

Co-Founder/Interior Stylist

Zanneta grew up in Plant City, FL, went to college at FSU and ADU where she graduated with a BSN. She moved to Maryland in 2010, then Brooklyn, NY in 2011 where she finally felt at home for the first time in her life.

By 2018 she'd completed an Interior Design degree with honors, but plans to do a Masters in Healthcare Design didn't pan out. Instead, after 8 yrs of working as an RN, she left her Cardiac ICU position to work in the hospital's Planning, Design and Construction department as an Assistant Project Manager.

Growing tired of the high-octane city life, she decided to explore California with the flexibility of a Travel RN job in 2019. When the pandemic began, she worked the Covid ICU.

Now, with a fresh perspective brought about by the pandemic, she and her wife Linda are setting out to live a quieter life closer to family and run their own short-term rental business.
