JUST 5 MIN FROM HARTSFIELD-JACKSON ATLANTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT! When your plane touches down in Atlanta, crash at our "Landing Pad B" property, an ideal spot for a brief stay in town with all the comforts of home. Nestled on a quiet residential block, this newly renovated duplex has convenient access to bars and restaurants, and is 14-22 mins drive (depending on traffic) from downtown Atlanta.

The Space

Stylishly designed and fully-furnished interiors including a living area that comfortably seats 3-4, a 50" Amazon Fire TV with video streaming apps for your movie nights. The dining area seats 4, and the kitchen provides ample counter space for food prep in the well-stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms with televisions separated by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Expect bright white fluffy towels and crisp bed linens. The semi-private fenced-in backyard has has an expansive grassy area, a bench, a paved & covered area with large table that seats 4, & string lights. You are welcome to use your half of the yard (from the bench to your side of the fence) . . . the other side is reserved for Unit A so please do not intrude on their space. Please Note: All decor, furniture, fixtures and features are subject to change without advance notice and may not be exactly as featured in the photos, however we only make enhancements!

Guest Access

You may park in the driveway to the right of the house, and street parking is abundant . . . (PLEASE NOTE: If you have a vehicle that sits low to the ground, you may want to park on the street as the driveway has a steep incline that may scrape the underside of your vehicle. We cannot be held responsible for damage). Feel free to explore the neighborhood on foot, drive or grab an Uber/Lyft or drive to get around town. The MARTA station is only about 5 min away as well if you choose to use this route of transportation.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

House Rules

***Please note: A government-issued photo ID is required prior to accessing the property to prevent fraud. Your ID will never be shared with anyone.***

1. Do not block the neighbors' driveways if you street park. You may also park on the RIGHT driveway. 

2. No smoking/vaping inside the home. A $250 smoke removal fee will be applied for violations. 

3. No parties, gatherings, or loud music. It is unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits set forth in the City's noise ordinance (City code   Sec. 74-131). 

4. No pets or unregistered overnight guests in the home. Maximum occupancy is limited to 2 adults per bedroom and 3 parking spaces. 

5. No third-party bookings (you may not make a reservation for someone else unless you will be present). 

6. No video productions without prior arrangements with the host. 

7. Please do not rearrange the furniture. 

8. Please report damages immediately so that we can repair/replace. 

9. We aren't responsible for lost or forgotten items. 

10. Please take trash down to the curb on Wed nights and bring the bins back to the side of the house after collection (sometimes they come Thurs or Fri). 

11. Additional cleaning fees may apply for any human or pet biohazard/waste removal from the property. 

12. We do not allow USPS mailbox service for any guest, however deliveries via UPS/FedEx/DHL to the door are permitted. You may either open a P.O. Box for USPS service, or you may have mail delivered to “Landing Pad B” and add a c/o (Care of) line with your name. 

13. Tampering with any locks or electronics on the property (including WiFi and external cameras) will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
